To secure your appointment for perming and coloring services, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the service cost at the time of booking.For in-person bookings, this deposit is payable immediately after your consultation. For online bookings, the deposit will be required at the time of booking.

same day cancellations
If you need to cancel on the day of your appointment, we will charge 50% of the service cost as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which cannot be used as credit or refunded.
cancellations within 48 hours
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be converted into credit for your next booking. To avoid losing your deposit, please ensure that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
